1. Service Description

Welcome to mayoyb, a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform provided by Domain. Our services include a suite of tools designed to enhance productivity and streamline operations for businesses and individuals. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services.

mayoyb reserves the right to modify or discontinue the services at any time without prior notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes, but it is your responsibility to review these Terms of Service periodically for updates. Your continued use of the services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

Our services are intended for users located in Slovakia (SK) and are governed by the laws of Slovakia. By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or guardian to use our services.

You agree to notify mayoyb immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. mayoyb will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if we suspect any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity associated with your account.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

By using our services, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You further agree not to use the services for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the services or interfere with any other party's use of the services.

You agree not to engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the services, or which, as determined by mayoyb, may harm mayoyb or users of the services or expose them to liability.

Examples of unacceptable use include, but are not limited to, the following:

Using the services to transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, or any other form of solicitation.
Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely stating or misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity.
Engaging in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the services or the servers and networks connected to the services.

4. Prohibited Activities

In addition to the Acceptable Use Policy, you are prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

Using the services to violate any applicable law or regulation.
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the services, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the services.
Using any automated means, including robots, spiders, or data mining tools, to access the services for any purpose without our express written permission.
Transmitting any viruses, worms, or other malicious code.

Any violation of this section may result in immediate termination of your access to the services and may subject you to civil and criminal penalties.

5. Content Ownership

All content, features, and functionality on the services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, and software, are the exclusive property of mayoyb or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the services for your personal or internal business purposes. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of the services or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of the services or its contents; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.

Any unauthorized use terminates the permission or license granted by Domain.

6. User-Generated Content

Users may have the opportunity to submit, post, or otherwise make available content through the services ("User-Generated Content"). By submitting User-Generated Content, you grant mayoyb a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute such content in any media.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the User-Generated Content you submit and that such content does not infringe upon the rights of any third party. mayoyb is not responsible for any User-Generated Content and does not endorse any opinions expressed therein.

mayoyb reserves the right to remove any User-Generated Content that violates these Terms of Service or is otherwise objectionable at our sole discretion.

7. Payment Terms

Access to certain features of the services may require payment of fees. By subscribing to our services, you agree to pay all applicable fees and charges as outlined on our website. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in these Terms of Service.

Payment will be processed through a third-party payment processor, and you agree to comply with their terms and conditions. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and for ensuring that your payment method is valid and up to date.

mayoyb reserves the right to change its pricing at any time, but any changes will not affect your current subscription until the end of your billing cycle.

8. Service Modifications

mayoyb reserves the right to modify or discontinue the services, or any part thereof, at any time without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes, but it is your responsibility to review these Terms of Service periodically for updates.

We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts of the services or the entire services without notice or liability. You agree that mayoyb will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the services.

Any new features or tools that are added to the current services shall also be subject to these Terms of Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall mayoyb, its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the services;
Any conduct or content of any third party on the services;
Any content obtained from the services; and
Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

In no event shall mayoyb’s total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

These Terms of Service are effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at communications@domain. mayoyb may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms of Service or engage in any conduct that mayoyb deems inappropriate or harmful to the services or other users.

Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms of Service which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Termination of your account does not relieve you of any obligation to pay any outstanding fees or charges incurred prior to termination.
